Some of us won't see the time of the rapture. Now is the time to show if
we are faithfull to God.

I looked, and there in front of me was a white horse. It's rider carried a bow, and a crown was placed upon his head; he rode out to conquer in many battles and win the war.
Then he unrolled the scroll to the second seal and broke it open, too. And I heard the second Living Being say"Come!"
This time a red horse rode out. It's rider was given a long sword and the authority to banish peace and bring anarchy to the earth; war and killing broke out everywhere.

The next seal, i feel sad to say, is i believe soon to come. Look at how high prices are rising.........

When he had broken the third seal, I heard the third Living Being say, "Come!" And I saw a black horse, with it's rider holding a pair of balances in his hand. and a voice came from among the four Living Beings said, "A loaf of bread for $20, or three pounds of barley flour, but there is no olive oil or wine."

The rest of the seals i fear are to be far more worse than we anticapate. We've personally seen killing from war, famine and disease........but the wrath of God, we shouldn't take so lightly.
Each of things things to come, come in turn, in order. Sense thats the case, the other seals will be much worse than anyone's ever seen.
Well thats it for my ramblings for now. If not, well we all should listen much more closely to the truth not, what we want to hear. WAKE-UP AMERICA!!! The answers to our problems lay in our histories past......... A good time frame to take perticular attention to would be the 20's - 40's . Does no one see how our country is doing a downward slide instead of a up-ward climb? The time is NOW to make our country something to be proud of. Ever wonder how many times a person can be offended? How about times you may have offended others? Now is especially a good time to put more thought on our own actions and words as we buisily go about our days seemingly in a hurry to complete our lists for Christmas. Now is even a good time to start new goals and better relations with others.........why wait till New Years Eve........why prograstinate....
if we start now ,then by New Years Eve we could have gone further with what we have planned to achive and will be in more cheer as it will feel like we are ahead in our plans by the time the new year begins. I know i will.

Anyways i beg you good cheer and be safe and slow down and enjoy some of the natural gifts we already have before its gone. Also Paul in Phil. 3:12, tells us that he presses on to grab hold of the thing (purpose, reason, topos) for which God first laid hold of him.

God has called you dear Christian. Honor him by entering HIS calling for you with joy.

I found this to be very touching and look at other Americans reality:

Three years ago, on the day that began as a beautiful September morning, 19 men and their sponsors carried out a brutal and devastating attack on our country, leaving 3,000 innocent men, women and children dead, including our loved ones. In those first agonizing hours, and for weeks and months afterward as we searched for word of their fate, we were aware that the shock and horror of that day was not ours alone. With a gratitude we could not yet express, we felt the strong and steady embrace of our fellow Americans. The words, “Never forget,” defiantly written in dust or humbly penned on makeshift memorials, were also permanently etched in our hearts. We will never forget your strength, your courage and your endless generosity.
We speak to you now in the same spirit that you spoke to us then, as Americans, united on behalf of our country. Like many of you, we feel that our nation is poised at a critical moment in history. Like our parents and grandparents before us, we know that the choices we make today will affect our children tomorrow. But we face a new challenge, a new kind of war and an enemy who is different from the enemies faced by earlier generations. This is not an adversary who can be reasoned with or appeased, this is an adversary who has repeatedly demonstrated that its means and ends are one and the same: the wanton slaughter of innocents.
After the attack, President Bush articulated the primary lesson of September 11, that simply reacting to danger after lives are lost is a weak and unacceptable national defense. He believes that taking the fight to the enemy is the best way to ensure that the enemy will not bring death to our doorstep here at home.
We agree.
Under the President‘s strong leadership in the war on terror and through the heroic efforts of our military forces, we are a safer country today. Two-thirds of al Qaeda leadership is dead, incarcerated, or on the run, its financing disrupted. The Taliban has been removed from power and training camps in Afghanistan and Iraq have been eliminated. On the domestic front, our dedicated law enforcement agencies are finally able to fight terror the same way they go after drug cartels; terrorists and terrorist cells have been thwarted in upstate New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Illinois and Florida.
The 9/11 Commission has provided this nation with a solid blueprint for going forward in the war on terror. It described the threat that killed our loved ones as a “gathering storm” which went unrecognized and unchecked for too many years and characterized the inability to predict the attack itself as a “failure of imagination.” Looking forward, the Commission offered this pointed warning, “Once the danger has fully materialized, evident to all, mobilizing action is easier--but it then may be too late.”
Through the prism of 9/11 and presaging the Commission’s conclusion, President Bush looked at Iraq and Saddam Hussein’s history, his willingness to use chemical weapons in the mass murder of his own citizens, his notorious attempts to acquire nuclear weapons, his record of giving financial aid and sanctuary to global terrorists--including members of al Qaeda--and his repeated refusal to cooperate with U.N. inspectors. He determined that this repressive regime was an intolerable danger to our country. Rather than waiting until it was too late to prevent a fully materialized threat, the President acted. We believe history will support the President’s decision.
We speak to you from the heart, as citizens from all across the country and every political stripe. We are Republicans and Democrats, “liberals” and “conservatives,” young and old. We are mothers and fathers, husbands and wives, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters and friends. We speak out from a profound sense of obligation to those we have lost and to the country that we love. Guided by core principles, President Bush has steadfastly told us who he is, what he believes and what he will fight for. He is a caring and decisive leader who is not afraid to make hard choices to keep this nation safe, by keeping it strong. He has sent a clear message to America’s friends and foes that he will not waver in his resolve as the winds of political fortune change. He will not revert to the failed policies of the past which only served to whet the appetite of those who would destroy us. He will stand firm against our adversaries.
As Americans who have keenly felt the scourge of terrorism, we are inspired and energized to follow the President’s lead, to rise to the occasion and get the job done. We are deeply grateful to President Bush, who rallied this nation on that dark September day, who has earned our respect and confidence, and whose leadership we trust to steer this country on the right path.
Three years ago, George W. Bush stood with us and vowed that he would “Never forget.”
We stand with him now.
CPT John Vigiano, FDNY (ret.)father of FF John T Vigiano, Ladder 132/FDNY, WTC attack & DET Joseph V. Teaching of not just Gods words but of real life examples of a true Christian.

Right now, due to terrorism and fanatical cell groups, fear and destruction is being spread without any limits or boundries.

I can not deni that this war is a religous war and that this war would have started with us having the advantage or not.

As a judgement
Ex 23:24 conquer them and break down their shamefull idols.

Gods involvement in
Ex 14:13 you will see the wonderfull way the Lord will rescue you.
2 Sam 22:18 He saved me from powerful enemies
Ps 18:34 He prepares me for battle and gives me strength.
Amos 5:9 With blinding speed and violence he brings destruction
Zeach 10:5 The Lord is with them as they fight.

I know also this, I know we are not the most perfect people but God doesn't always choose the most rightous either.

Something to ponder on....

Today i've read about inserting chips into people for easier retrievement of personal medical information for each person. I read that it has been ok'd to use on humans and that about a thousand in the U.S. alone are using it for finantional reasons.

Hummm...... i'm not freaking out but it does set an alarm in me (Revelations in the Bible).

There's a claim that it could be used to track people also. I don't know about you but i'm not letting anyone put in me some chip with unknown information, and the possibility of some one(s) watching my every move.

Then there's the thought of someone breaking into my personal information(hackers those little nasty buggers) that is on that chip and have no control with that info on my body.....NO Thank-You!!

Then here's a totaly different subject.....cloning babies........hummmm. I'm sorry why clone something thats imperfect?

Time has proven over and over and over and over again that we are not that powerful or smart enough to make humans.

And if someone thinks i'm wrong about cloning being wrong, they can kiss my **.

I'd like to see some of these self rightous people tell God how they plan to do it and how its ok to clone, have abortions, and etc.

Well there's alittle window of my view on cloning, abortion, and other stupid ideas.

More on "oil for food"

Appearantly there's more to the "oil for food" scandal. That expression of love for him was the visual representation of how this nation caresses his memory. Through her, we all put our cheeks on the flag that covered him. And that expression of love goes well beyond this nation to every person in the world who cherishes liberty, millions of whom owe their liberty to Ronald Reagan. Through a unique gentleness, optimism, and firmness of principle, he radically changed the world for the better. He is destined for immortality since his qualities of goodness that brought about such immense achievements are bound to give inspiration to world leaders who are yet unborn."
— Bruce Herschensohn, CFIF Board of Directors

On June 6, 1984, President Reagan spoke at Omaha Beach in Normandy, France, to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the D-Day landings.
"We will always remember. It seems that every time Mr. Kerry opens his mouth he offends me. To understand why, you have to know a little bit about my background. My family has been in this country since before it was a country. They fought in the American Revolution, World War I, World War II, and we carry on the tradition of service today. I have, at my home, safely put away my grandfather’s medals from WWI, which includes a Purple Heart, just one, even though my grandfather was hospitalized after being gassed by the Germans, then later for being on a troop train that was blown up, and not even the doctors have figured out how the man survived being bayoneted. For three separate combat wounds he received one Purple Heart and, as the family has told the story over the years, even after the last one they sent him back to the front. It galls him that Mr. Kerry received three purple hearts, and used the last one to get home. I grew up in the Midwest near Chicago, became a paper boy at the age of 9, started reading the paper, and have never stopped. As a result of this, I remember details about the Vietnam War from what I read in the paper and what I saw on TV. I remember the Paris Peace Accords and the large banner headlines declaring an end to the war, and the promise that if the Communists in the North violated the treaty, the United States would come to the South aid. I remember that THEY did, but WEdidn’t. Watergate and the anti-war movement, of which Kerry was a leader, destroyed American resolve, and then one after another, country after country around the world fell under Communist domination and the tyranny and oppression that naturally follows. We also witnessed the rise of militant Islam in places such as Iran as we abandoned our friends and simply let it happen. On Thursday 13 May, in an interview with Alan Colmes, Mr. Kerry stated that he was proud of his opposition to the Vietnam War and believed that, as a result, his actions saved many lives. This almost put me through the roof. You see, I spent the summer of 1981 working in a refugee camp in Sungei Besi, Malaysia which had been established by the UN to house those fleeing oppression from Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. What does this have to do with John Kerry, you ask? Let me explain. I saw firsthand the tragedy that resulted from our withdrawal from South East Asia. I heard the stories of terror and torture, of people fleeing in rickety boats, battling the shark-infested oceans, near starvation, and tales of the death of family members along the way. The conditions in the Camp were cramped and crowded, but they were happy to be there; happy they had escaped the oppression of totalitarian rule.
How could anyone be so pompous, so conceited as to believe that his actions in opposing the war saved lives, when history makes it clear that once we left, millions were slaughtered, hundreds of thousands fled, and tens of thousands died while fleeing. That’s what the policies of people like John Kerry have brought to the world, but he is too damn arrogant to see it. You could give Kerry the benefit of the doubt and say that he has to defend his actions against the war, but recent events show he just doesn’t get it. He just doesn’t understand that whether it is Communism or Radical Islam, there are forces out there that are evil. Earlier this year, during the primaries, he [Kerry] went out of his way to condemn Reagan for waging an illegal and immoral war against the Communists in Nicaragua. Did I miss something? Weren’t the Communist Sandinistas supplying weapons and training to Communist killers throughout the region? Weren’t they on the verge of overrunning El Salvador? Didn’t our support for the Contras result in the Sandinistas finally agreeing to free elections in which they were soundly defeated? Didn’t the defeat of the Sandinistas result in peace and stability throughout the region for there was no one left to support these murders? But I guess I have to remember that Kerry supported Ortega [the Communist leader] in the 1980s.
It’s interesting tosee he has a history, intentionally or not, of working to support dictatorial repressive regimes. Kerry keeps talking about having the UN take over in Iraq. Based on his record in Southeast Asia and in Central America, the role the UN will play is running the refugee camps after the slaughter begins. You know, I haven’t thought about these things for years. I was sickened by what I saw in 1981 because I knew it was a direct result of us not following through on our commitments, and I am sickened by the thought of a Kerry Presidency because I have experienced first hand the anguish it will bring. It’s amazing, even Clinton couldn’t open these old wounds; certainly not the way Kerry has done.
An Active Duty Serviceman,USAF .

In the case of John Kerry, many issues swirl around his service in Vietnam and his activities after he returned and became engaged with an anti-war, anti-American group known as Vietnam Veterans Against the War. Kerry could make hard evidence available to the general public through the mainstream media by just filling out a few simple forms and submitting them to the federal government. But Senator Kerry refuses to do that."
Read the rest of Gary's Op-Ed

With Carl Limbacher and NewsMax.com Staff
For the story behind the story...

Tuesday, March 30, 2004 1:07 p.m. EST
Kerry Author: Stolen FBI Files Were 'Very Explosive'
FBI files documenting Sen. John Kerry's anti-war activities that were reported stolen over the weekend could have damaged the likely Democratic nominee's presidential bid, the San Francisco author who obtained the records said Monday.
Asked about the missing files, Vietnam War historian Gerald Nicosia told CNN: "This stuff is very explosive. It's an enormous amount of information."
"The police say it was a neat and professional burglary," he explained, noting that 3,000 to 4,000 pages were missing out of a total of 20,000 pages. Burglars ignored other valuables in the house, raising questions about whether the break-in had anything to do with political damage control on behalf of the Kerry campaign.
A Kerry spokesman had no comment on the apparent theft when asked by the New York Sun over the weekend. But Nicosia said he suspects political foul play, telling the Los Angeles Times for Tuesday's edition that he is a product of the Watergate era who understands the allure of political sabotage.
While researching his book "Home to War," Nicosia obtained Kerry's FBI files in 1999. The records have already proven problematic for the Kerry campaign, forcing the candidate to reverse earlier denials that he attended a November 1971 meeting of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War where a plot to assassinate pro-war U.S. senators was discussed.
Nicosia told the Sun that the intruders likely wanted more than the three file boxes that were removed, since other boxes appear to have been rifled. He speculated that the file thieves were interrupted, perhaps scared off by a neighbor's barking dog.
Since the break-in he has trouble sleeping, he told the Times, adding, "My kids were really spooked by the burglary."

Well if anyone needed or wanted to know more about Kerry's dangerously selfish sort of ways then i hope i have helped. I think he could only cause great havoc in any and all ways for our country.

(information came from"Americans For Truth About Kerry .com")

Swift Boat Vets and POWS

They do have an interesting Web Page, but more importantly i would like if you would take the time to read this petition and if you agree then please fill out the bottom portion and enter it in. It is a conflict that will take many forms, and be waged on many fronts. But success is imperative; at stake is nothing less than our way of life."Ilan Berman, J.D"
Just as America defeated totalitarian threats from, first, Nazism and then Communism last century, so must we defeat totalitarian threats from radical Islam this century. It is our duty, and destiny." The Hon. Kenneth Adelman"
The enemy in this war is not "terrorism" – a distilled essence of evil, conducted by the real-world equivalents of J. K. Rowling's Lord Voldemort, Tolkien's Sauron or C. S. Lewis's White Witch – but militant Islam. The enemy has an ideology, and an hour spent surfing the Web will give the average citizen at least the kind of insights that he might have found during World Wars II and III by reading "Mein Kampf" or the writings of Lenin, Stalin or Mao. Those insights, of course, eluded those in the West who preferred – understandably, but dangerously – to define the problem as something more manageable, such as German resentment about the Versailles Treaty, an exaggerated form of Russian national interest, or peasant resentment of landlords taken a bit too far. In the reported words of one survivor of the Holocaust, when asked what lesson he had taken from his experience of the 1940s, "If someone tells you that he intends to kill you, believe him."Eliot Cohen"
Terrorism poses as potent a threat to our freedom as did communism – preserving our liberty while winning the war on terrorism may be more difficult than was ending the 'evil empire.' " The Hon. Henry Cooper"
Imagine the morning after an attack even more devastating than 9/11. What is it worth for us to avoid the attack if possible and to survive it if it happens despite our best efforts?"The Hon. Newt Gingrich"
We praise the 'Greatest Generation' for defeating Germany and Japan. We applaud post-World War II generations for winning the Cold War. But, too often, we forget that today's War on Terrorism raises the same stakes, and requires the same commitment, as our earlier struggles. The sooner we fully recognize the danger at hand, the sooner we can address it with the energy that's needed to prevail, as we must. I expect the Committee to play a major role in this effort."Lawrence J. Haas"
We are in an insidious war against enemies whose unconventional tactics, stealthy nature, and astute knowledge of Western politics make them every bit as dangerous as a Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo, or Stalin-none of whose forces were able to murder 3,000 Americans and bomb downtown New York or Washington. In such a war for survival, there can be no parley, no pause, and no half-measures with the Islamofacists and their patrons, but only continued resistance and offense until their we see their utter defeat."Victor Davis Hanson, Ph.D."
Democratic institutions are the very best protection of freedom and freedom the best protection of democratic institutions. Terrorism can destroy both."The Hon. Jeane KirkpatrickUnited States Ambassador to the United Nations, 1981–85 "
Winning the war against global terrorism is fundamental to international security in the 21st Century and we must be relentless in rooting out the terrorist network." Charles M. Kupperman, Ph.D.Vice President, Strategic Integration and Operations, Missile Defense SystemsThe Boeing Company "
An effective campaign to defeat radical Islam has several dimensions – establishing an effective intelligence gathering capability, strengthening our excellent but limited special operations capabilities, and helping to put in place alternative education for millions of young Muslims throughout the world. But the beginning of the effort must be to elevate public understanding of the global reach and power of the enemy. The Committee on the Present Danger has risen to this task twice before with historic success. There is not a moment to lose."The Hon. Robert McFarlaneNational Security Advisor, 1983–85
It may be true that one man's freedom fighter is another person's terrorist. But the acts of terrorism are acts of terrorism nonetheless. And when we do not identify them as such, or that the perpetrators are terrorists, we are guilty of duplicity.Dr. Khaleel MohammedSan Diego State University "
Iraq is the central front in the war on terror. The intelligence and policy failure of the post-Cold War era was the Clinton administration's treatment of terrorism as a law enforcement issue and its refusal to recognize the evidence suggesting Iraq's role in that terrorism." Laurie Mylroie, Ph.D.Adjunct Fellow, American Enterprise InstituteStaff Member, National Security Council (Clinton Administration)"
The United States cannot afford to ignore the wake-up calls presented by the World Trade Center bombing and the foiled Iraqi- sponsored assassination attempt against former President George Bush during his April 1993 visit to Kuwait. The taboo against international terrorist attacks inside the country and against important national symbols has been broken. Washington must lead a concerted international effort to make such terrorist attacks more difficult, more costly to the perpetrators, and more risky for the states that back them."— The Changing Face of Middle Eastern Terrorism James A. PhillipsResearch FellowKathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Institute for International StudiesThe Heritage Foundation "
Enemies of the United States are engaged in an existential war against the very principles underlying our republic. Neither jail nor courts will contain them; rather we must take the fight to them, and recognize that peace will come only though victory."Danielle PletkaVice President, Foreign and Defense Policy Studies, American Enterprise Institute "
We have to defeat terrorists and the terror-masters everywhere. Anything less than outright victory means taking a gamble with freedom and civilisation itself."David Pryce-Jones"
Radical Islamist elements rightly recognize that all the massed power and wealth and influence of America is ultimately rooted in an idea-our unrivalled commitment to freedom and individual dignity. Like our parents and grandparents before us, we must safeguard our values against the treacherous challenge of self-declared enemies who tragically mistake our freedom for decadence, our forbearance for lack of will." The Hon. James Strock"
Islamic terrorism is an unconditional and existential threat not only to America and Israel, but also to Judeo-Christian culture. We have no choice but to recognize that war has been thrust upon us, and that principles of warfare apply. Just to brag alittle, the doc says he's very tall for his age. Today i spent some time to teach him shapes and colors and etc. and did he surprise me how much he has learned(must get it from his dad). Especially when he wants to run around and play. I know i'm going to have a hard time for awhile, trying to get used to the idea of him gone for alittle while. I thank God everyday that he blessed us with such a wonderful little person. He has a heart of gold. Although daddy and i need to work on getting the thought of war and soldiers out of him some, lol. I only wish God would bless us with just one more child .......i know my son would love to have a sibling. Today i heard him singing his abc's and he got all of them right but 2-3 letters. Well thats all for now. Well that question could be answered in so many ways.
I think the interesting part of our arrogance is what we "believe" is the right way, with so many of us not even considering reading the bible. Ever hear "arrogance is not becoming of a fool"?
It seems that would fit the bill for most of us. If i may, i'd like to share a little on what the Bible says about salvation.

Romans: 10:5-21

For Moses wrote that if a person could be perfectly good and hold out against temptation all his life and never sin once, only then could he be pardoned and saved. But the salvation that comes through faith says, "You don't need to search the heavens to find Christ and bring him down to help you," and, "You don't need to go among the dead to bring Christ back to life again."
For salvation that comes from trusting Christ-which is what we preach-is already within easy reach of us; in fact, it is as near as our own hearts and mouths. For if you tell others with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and believe in your own heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in his heart that a man becomes right with God; and with his mouth he tells others of his faith, confirming his salvation.

For the Scriptures tell us that no one who believes in Christ will ever be disappointed. Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect; they all have the same Lord who generously gives his riches to all those who ask him for them. Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

But how shall they ask him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them unless someone sends him? That is what the Scriptures are talking about when they say,"How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace with God and bring glad tidings of good things". In other words, how welcome are those who come preaching God's Good News!!

But not everyone who hears the Good News has welcomed it, for Isaiah the prophet said,"Lord, who has believed me when i told them? Yet faith comes from listening to this Good News-the Good News about Christ. But what about the Jews? Have they heard God's Word? Yes, for it has gone wherever they are; the Good news has been told to the ends of the earth. And did they understand [that God would give his salvation to others if they refused to take it]? Yes, for even back in the time of Moses, God has said that he would make his people jealous and try to wake them up by giving his salvation to the foolish heathen nations. And later Isaiah said boldly that God would be found by people who weren't even looking for him. In the meantime, he keeps on reaching out his hands to the Jews, but they keep arguing and refusing to come.

Hummmm...

Sound like the terrorists..?

Romans: 10:2 -4

I know what enthusiasm they have for the honor of God, but it is misdirected zeal. For they Don't understand that Christ has died to make them right with God. Instead they are trying to make themselves good enough to gain God's favor by keeping "their" laws and customs, but that is not God's way of salvation. They don't understand that Christ gives to those who trust in him everything they are trying to get by keeping "their" laws. All she said is that as you may know that we are interviewing other people right now also and that about friday i could get a call whether or not i could go threw another interview , this time someone higher up. (fingers crossed and praying)

I think the most draining part of it all is i had to go to work at McDonalds that day also. I left home about 12 noon, then i go to the interview, then i had to go to a public restroom to change my clothes so my bosses wouldn't have knowledge as to my seeking for new work. Then go to work earlier than i was scheduled because we had a managers meeting. Of course i waited an hour before the meeting and another hour before i could start working. No i couldn't go home and wait.....you see i leave about 25-28 miles from work, so if i drove home(30 min. drive), then id have to turn right around and go back to work. Then instead of me running the floor as usual at night, one of my bosses was scheduled to work the same time as me, my boss ran the floor. So now i'm still having effects of all of yesterday(it threw me off alot). So today shall be interesting, lol. Well time for me to go read some blogs and then cook dinner, so bye for now.

Some good reading!

I must say that the "Left Behind" series by Lahaye and Jenkins is diffently a good series, if you like the more religious books. They give some scripture and give a picture as to what could happen in Revelation(the end times). Another good read is Agatha Christie's "Hercule Poirot" detective novels. My favorite Hercule Poirot novel is "And then there were none". I'd have to say that i love other great novels by writers like Charles Dickens and Robert Louis Stevenson also.

Hurray!!

At last i might be working at a closer McDonald's. As a matter of fact....it's only about five minutes from me. Thats alot closer than driving about 50 miles a day that i drive daily to and from work right now. So many times i have inquired about getting hired at the local store.
So Monday i'll talk with the store manager and if they want me then i go to my store manager and district manager to get a transfer. The only problem is that right now at least, my district manager is trying to gain more swing managers, so i think i'll be just about fighting for my transfer. I'll have to look up my store afet i leave......i know some employee's won't stay if i leave...lol. So whom ever reads this, please say a prayer for me. thanks!!

Think Again about Marijuna

Is marijuna really so bad for you?

The answer is yes....

There has been a big increasing number of marijuna users. Especially with the now high cost in buying cigerettes, Influencing the ages of 12-17 yr. olds and the parents and babyboomers.

The number for marijuna related emergency room visits has increased also. The symptoms varying , "unexpected reaction" which is the most common, followed by overdose, chronic effects , and accidents or some serious injuries. Another symptom which seems more serious is the increase of people having "Szchiophrenia".

A study has showed that teens are 2-3 times more likely to take more negative risks that affects their lives when taking this drug, and students are 2-3 times more likely to be more sexually active, and have reported themselves of having problems concentrating and with performing tasks that they did not have in the past, and problems weaning themselves from the drug.

Studies have also shown that there's an increase use of the drug among Latinos and Blacks, increase in minorities due to more minorities going to college, plus the higher cost of cigerettes has an unintended effect on low-income users to marijuna.

So think again on the pervasive notion that marijuna is relativley harmless!

Just a bunch of mumble

I have to say that with all this bull with Kerry , that i can't wait till president Bush wins again. All the stories i hear about him makes me so sick, it's worse than the talk shows.

The other day while i was watching tv with my kid i heard crying in the distance...to my surprise it was someone near and dear to me. I found out it was because this person saw pictures of what the terrorists did at the school in russia. I found out and i cried some too. Little children were cut up in pieces after the terrorists ran out of ammo, and then straped bombs to them also. One picture showed a father trying to carry his child that was cut up in pieces. Are we the only country that cares what happens to other victoms of these terrorists? Sad to see that it appears we are just about the only one who cares and could do something about it. Just about evertday i thank the Lord that i was born in America.

I love watching my son and husband play and wrestle together....well i think i'll join them and read some blogs.....

Finally I'm Back!!

Well due to computer failure i haven't been able to do anything with my computer except share the same sleeping qaurters. I got asked if i wanted to go into management, management in itself not a bad idea, just the place that has those certain people that only try to get more people in just like themselves. Forget about someone trying to do their best in their work.!I even ask questions, let them know i want to know more, some it if i should know, but still to this day, after about two years, they have not helped me, im not from the idiot village, but something told me in order to do my "job", that it would benefit everyone that i know everything required to do my job. Now their telling me that if i dont improve soon i could be fired, what in Gods country is going on? I want to do better, do more, but they dont help me, so now i'm looking for a new job.

This place is the only place of which i have the unpleasantness of such stupidity. All of my other employeers and bosses have written me wonderfull endorsements, some even without me asking for them. All the scared tactics are really getting to become a big annoyance. Some of my past employeers have had me trained in different areas so i may go up the ladder(on being the head of quality control). Iv'e worked at a company that was only three years old (Erus Plastics) and they didn't have this going on at they're place. To say for sure, this 50 something year old company has some people higher up that are greedy, arrogant people with lack of respect for others below their level in the company. One thing is for sure, when i find the job thats more suited for me and my family(hours, pay, respect, able to climb corp. ladder), i'll never come back to thing one again if i can help it!

Airing out my thoughts

Why is it that many families talk about being close (emotional and location), and yet they still move out of state? When family members want to see each other often , don't it seem more reasonable to stay near so you can visit often ? Now my parents are in a dilemma......it seems one had to move to get away from another family member to keep one's sanity, but now they can't see their child and grandchild hardly at all. Now after all the talk of a southern state being cheaper, they find they don't get all they're medical benefits as they would here ,and down there the living expense(housing) is sooooo much cheaper. I guess it stands to show that moving away isn't always the best route to go. Of course i got a call from them and now they want to get a trailer or something cheap to have here all year except winter. I don't think parents realize the hardship, that they put on their kids. (wonders if self will do something similar in older years). Amazing what we supposedly learn from family and friends but don't use that knowledge ourselves! Speaking of (not) smart, i'm now seeing somethings my son does that ain't a good thing....(got from momma), sigh.....now i have to work on both of us(chuckle/sigh). Well another one of life's lessons learned!

Kerry's Flip-Flops

Have you ever noticed John Kerry's actual record of being for and against different issues is hard to keep track of? Can you imagine all the different positions Kerry has taken over the last 2 yrs on things like , on improving education(4), (no) tax relief(6), SUV(4), on liberating Iraq(10). Amazing how so many times a person who to know whats going on isnt acting as if he does. The thing is he's quite sure of one thing , to make sure he lies to everyone and have them beleive him. It 's impossible to know his politics for the country, except for his own personal use and destruction, forget about all us John Doe's and Jane Doe's. If he's willing to bump the system to award himself purple hearts ,then what is there he won't do for himself? What limits will he go for what "he" wants? A man named Johnathan Idena is on trial for allegedly making personl war on the terrorists. He faces 20 yrs. in a afghan prison if convicted for allagedly torturing afghan terrorst suspects. He claimed while in jail that he was hot on the heels of Usama and other militant leaders when he was arrested july 5th. All because he thought we was failing in the war. I'd say he was obviously not in his right mind ever. Especialy when he was arrested in the 80's fof allegedly bilking more than $200,000 in goods from 60 different companies and spent 3 yrs. in jail for that.

Cold War

It seems that we found 12 U.S. Naval avaitors in greenland after their plane crashed in the 80's. I remember back in my childhood when i would cry at such stories as soldiers dieing in wars, and thought how awful wars are, now i'm an adult i realize still how awful wars can be, and yet i understand much more the purpose of wars and that they will happen, and now i have a peace about them, knowing that even God sees that some must happen, for i know he wants us to help other people and ourselves. Ex 14:13; you will see the wonderful way the Lord will rescue you. Ex 23:24; conquer them and break down their shameful idols. Zech 10:5; The Lord is with them as they fight. Prov 11:14 Without wise leadership, a nation is in trouble.

Lord, i ask you in your holy name to keep your hand upon the troops that are fighting the terrorists, keep them strong, wise, patient, humble, and safe. Lord, i ask you to also keep their families the same as the soldiers, bring them a peace so that they may know you are there with them and so they may do their job. Lord i also ask for you to forgive those who may run from battle and give them courage so they may fight with their bretheren with honor, not shame. Lord i ask for you to forgive those who may cause trouble for our troops(civilans).

In your holy name, i thank-you!! As our faith and trust in God's love is strengthened, we are learning to become more like Jesus. As we are comforted, we learn to comfort others. As we endure the trials of the earth, we are already saved.

For when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be strong in character and ready for anything. James 1:3,4

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they are good for us - they help us learn to endure. And endurance develops strength of character in us, and character strengthens our confident expectation of salvation. Romans 5:3,4

More Scripture, Consider it Joy

Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world. Let all the people of Jerusalem shout his praise with joy! For great is the Holy One of Isreal who lives among you. Isaiah 12:5,6

Throught the storms of our lives, God's comfort surrounds us, his weary people. (John 16:33b)

Jesus, who lived among us and experienced our human troubles, understands and comforts us.

Can anything ever seperate us from Crist's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or are hungry or cold or in danger or threatened with death? (Even the scriptures say,:For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.") No, despite all these things, overwhelmingly victory is ours through christ, who loved us.

I am convinced that nothing can ever seperate us from his love. Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can't keep Gods love away. (part of Romans *:35-39)

you have turned my mourning into joyful dancing....that i might sing praises to you and not be silent.-Psalms 30:11,12

Paul's message of faith urges us to reexamine our trust in Jesus and His promise of salvation.

Trust in theLord with All you heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths.-Proverbs 3:5,6

bringing you trial and troubles to God through prayer-using the bible as your guide-will strengthen your trust and faith. Beyond our understanding, God will direct our paths while guiding and protecting all of us.

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love god and are called according to his purpose for them.-Romans8:28

I know this to some may seem too much, but because of him , he filled my heart, so i might share his love and some better understanding to those who will not just listen but will also look for him all there lives. love all God Bless you all and our troops, we love ya!

Haloscan commenting and trackback have been added to this blog.

Just A Thought

Ever notice how just the smallest things in life can make you laugh and want to cry at almost the
same time?

One that comes to my mind is how my 4 yr. old son likes to sleep with his miniature cars and his favorite teddy(called boo-boo bear), which happens to have a bandaid on its head.

Or when you come home from work and your child greets you with great joy and excitment.

Another good one is when you try to clean or organize a room and your child wants to help, but instead helps make the mess worse.

But i do have to say that its definatly worth all the ups and downs.

One of my favorite things is to watch my husband and my son play, my husband has this way of getting our son to laugh so much.

Im so amazed at how sudden kids grow phys. and mentaly.

I do however not enjoy so much when he decides to be a backseat driver, lol.
Or feels the need to investagate the house, starting with my dresser drawers.

Thank God, for blessing me with such a wonderful child, i hope he'll soon bless us with just one more. Just one , so he may learn how to socialize more, other than his cousins, and to play with
when daddy and momma may be a bit preoccupied.

well its a bit late here or early, and i'm tired ,so that line of thought ends here for now.

God bless you and our troops!

Introducing The Bugg

Hello world, this is my first time at this, so i hope i can make this interesting enough for you all.
My main purpose for blogging is to take about my faith, and other things, like my wonderful
family, rant about my job, and other interests of mine.

I hope you all can enjoy my incoherant babblings.

God Bless!!
